1. Who you are buying from
This site and the book are published by Mark ReedTM. On this page, "we" and "us" mean Mark ReedTM. You can reach us at [email protected].
2. What you are buying
Keep the Foods You Love is a digital cookbook. You get two PDF files: the illustrated book for your screen and a print edition with the recipes and worksheets. It is published under the name Mark Reed. Nothing is shipped to you in the mail.
It is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
3. Price and payment
The price is the one shown on the sales page when you check out. Any taxes that apply are shown at checkout.
Payment is handled by Lemon Squeezy, our authorized reseller, on their own checkout page. Their terms apply to the payment itself.
4. How you get the book
You get the download link right after checkout.
If the file does not arrive or will not open, write to [email protected] and we will sort it out.
5. What you may do with it
When you buy the book, you get a personal license to use it. That means you may:
- Keep it on your own phone, tablet and computer.
- Print the recipe sheets and worksheets for your own use.
- Cook from it for anyone you like.
You may not resell the file, post it online, or hand out copies. The text, the recipes as written, the design and the images belong to Mark ReedTM and are protected by copyright.
6. Refunds
Refunds are covered on the refunds page, which is part of these terms.
7. This is a cookbook, not medical advice
The book and this site are for general educational and culinary purposes. They are not medical advice and they do not replace care from a doctor or a registered dietitian.
Talk with your doctor or a qualified health professional before you change your diet, especially if you have a medical condition, take medication, or have food allergies. Results vary from person to person, and nothing here is a promise about what a recipe will do for you.
8. Cook safely
Recipes include common allergens such as dairy, eggs, wheat, peanuts and tree nuts. Read each ingredient list before you cook. Cooking times are guides, so follow the food-safety notes in the book and use a thermometer when temperature decides whether food is safe.
You are responsible for how you shop, store, cook and serve food in your own kitchen.
9. What we are responsible for
We are responsible for delivering the book you paid for. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from how the recipes or information are used, and our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid for the book. Nothing in these terms takes away rights the law gives you that cannot be waived.
10. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. The version in place on the day you bought is the one that applies to your purchase.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA.
